What shipping costs

Shipping is $2.99 on one time orders. Shipping is free on every subscription order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched within one to two business days, and typical delivery is five to eight business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Our 60 day money back guarantee

Every Bodevia order is covered for 60 days from the day it is delivered. Use the product as part of your routine. If you decide it is not right for you, contact us within those 60 days for a full refund. There are no restocking fees and no complicated process.

How to start a return

Email support@bodevia.com with your order number and tell us briefly what did not work for you. We will reply with return instructions. Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or leaking, email support@bodevia.com with a photo and your order number within seven days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you and you do not need to return the damaged item.

Managing a subscription

You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time from the account link in any order confirmation email, or by emailing support@bodevia.com. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order. The 60 day guarantee covers subscription orders too.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email support@bodevia.com and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
